We have recently delivered the following projects

Axle Counter Overlay between St.Pancras Station and Farringdon Station – This project pioneered dual train detection in the UK and will significantly improve train operation performance. The project was delivered in collaboration with Siemens and Network Rail

Wimbledon Station platform extension and signalling project – This project was delivered in collaboration with Osborne, and Network Rail.

Stray Current Monitoring project – This project was delivered in collaboration with Atkins, Aecom and Network Rail

Platform Level Access project – This project enables wheelchair users to easily board and unboard trains at Blackfriars Station, City Thameslink Station, Farringdon Station and St.Pancras Station. The Project was delivered in collaboration with AMCO and Network Rail.

Pharmaceuticals

We have experience in setting up pharmaceutical wholesale distribution businesses in the United Kingdom, applying for the necessary licencing and ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures are in adherance with the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency) Regulations and guidelines.

We have experience in the distribution of Prescription medicines, including cold chain medicines and over the counter medicines.

CDM 2015 Regulations Advice

From design to construction, we can handle all your project delivery needs.

We have expert knowledge and experience in Design, Construction and Handover of projects. With expert knowledge delivery of projects, we can support clients to adhere to CDM Regulations, implement tailored governance and efficient Health and Safety practices to deliver project successfully.

Principal Contractor will be required for all projects with more than one ‘trade’ contractor on site.  The Principal Contractor’s duties include the planning management and co-ordination of the construction phase of a project.

We provide CDM 2015 advice that can assist the Clients/Principal Contractor/Principal designers/Contractors with their duties under CDM 2015.  Some of the advice we provide includes:-

• Assisting Principal Contractor and Contractors on fulfilling their duties
• Assist Clients with the preparation of Pre-Construction Information
• Provision of Guidance throughout Pre-Construction phase
• Assist Principal Contractors with preparation of Construction Phase Plans
• Provide guidance on collecting and documenting Health & Safety files
• Produce risk registers and maintain regular reviews throughout project delivery
• Assistance in producing and reporting performance reports including Key Performance Indictors
• Provide assistance to Clients and ensure that they have the necessary competence and training needs to deliver projects. This includes resource selections and acquisitions
• Assist Principal Contractors to ensure co-operation between contractors so that risk is managed effectively
